1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions govern the use of the g bazi platform and all its services. "g bazi", "platform", "site" or "we" refers to the g-bazi.cam website and its associated mobile applications. "User", "member" or "you" refers to any person who has registered on g bazi or is using the platform.

By accessing or using the g bazi platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these terms in full. If you do not agree with any term, please stop using the platform.

These terms must be read together with g bazi's Privacy Policy, which describes in detail how user information is collected and used.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

All g bazi services are available only to persons aged 21 or above. You must confirm your age at registration, and g bazi may request identity documents to verify your age at any time. Use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each person may open only one g bazi account. Opening multiple accounts under the same name, or from the same device or IP address, is strictly prohibited. If this policy is violated, all associated accounts will be closed and all balances will be forfeited.

2.3 Accurate Information

All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate and up to date. Creating an account with false or misleading information is prohibited and may result in account closure. g bazi may request a national ID card, passport or other valid document to verify your identity.

2.4 Account Verification

g bazi may initiate an account verification process at any time. In that case, the user must submit the required documents within the specified period. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your g bazi account login details — username and password — completely confidential. Do not share this information with anyone. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs on your account.

If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact the g bazi customer support team immediately. g bazi will never ask for your password via email or chat.

• Use a strong password of at least 8 characters that includes numbers and special characters.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

When making a deposit, you must use a mobile wallet registered in your own name. Depositing through a third party's account is prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount from g bazi is ৳500. Withdrawals can be made only via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The withdrawal process generally takes 30 minutes to 3 hours.

Your account must be fully verified before you can withdraw. Balances derived from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until that bonus's wagering requirement has been met. g bazi reserves the right to suspend withdrawals and conduct an investigation in cases of suspicious transactions.

5 Bonus and Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

The g bazi welcome bonus is a 100% bonus on your first deposit, up to ৳20,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 adds ৳1,000 in bonus funds for a total balance of ৳2,000; the wagering requirement for this bonus is ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000. No winnings derived from the bonus may be withdrawn until the wagering requirement — 25 times the bonus amount — has been met.

5.2 Other Promotions

g bazi offers various promotions from time to time, such as weekly reload bonuses and special weekend offers. Each promotion has its own terms, which are detailed on the promotions page.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer applies only to eligible accounts.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless the promotion's terms specifically state otherwise.
• A bonus may be usable only on certain games — the list of applicable games will be provided in each promotion's details.
• g bazi reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus at any time.
• g bazi may cancel a bonus if fraud is suspected.

6 Game and Betting Rules

6.2 Technical Errors

If a game is interrupted due to server issues, network disruption or software faults, g bazi will use technical logs to determine the outcome of that game. g bazi reserves the right to void any abnormal payout that is clearly the result of a display error or technical fault.

6.3 RTP and Game Fairness

All games on g bazi are operated on software provided by third-party game providers such as Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI and Evolution. The RTP (Return to Player) rate for each game is set by the respective game provider.

6.4 Live Casino

Live casino games are played with a dealer in real time. Once a bet is confirmed in these games, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the g bazi platform:

• Money laundering or using funds from illegal sources.
• Operating multiple accounts for the purpose of abusing bonuses.

Copying, reproducing, distributing or using any part of this content for commercial purposes without prior written permission from g bazi is prohibited.

Users are granted a limited, non-transferable licence to use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

9 Limitation of Liability

While g bazi works to provide the highest standard of service, liability is limited in certain situations:

• Losses caused by internet disconnection or disruption of third-party services.
• Losses caused by malware or a cyber attack on the user's own device.
• Problems arising from the user providing incorrect or incomplete information.
• Any event beyond g bazi's control (force majeure).

g bazi is not liable under any circumstances for indirect, incidental or consequential losses.

10 Account Closure and Suspension

10.1 Closure at User's Request

You may request permanent or temporary closure of your account at any time through g bazi customer support. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any remaining eligible balance before the account is closed.

10.2 Closure by g bazi

g bazi may close any account without prior notice in cases of rule violations, suspected fraud or money laundering concerns. Forfeited funds will not be returned in such cases.

10.3 Inactive Accounts

An account may be marked as inactive if there has been no transaction or login for an extended period. If the policy on this matter changes, g bazi will notify users in due course.

11 Data Privacy
